ALEXANDER NOVAK has represented professionals in high profile white collar crime matters including obtaining complete immunity for a co-conspirator in the largest inside  trading case in US history, US v. Martoma, and recently obtained acquittals of two doctors in a medical insurance fraud case.  Also he has represented defendants before State  and local prosecution of Medicaid Fraud and other government sponsored programs plus DUI cases, drug possession and bank fraud.  His civil litigation clients’ legal problems reflect his criminal practice where he represents defendants and plaintiff engaged allegedly in various civil fraud, RICO and large breaches of contract in the buying and selling of businesses.   Mr. Novak has appeared on CBS Market Watch discussing Wall Street shenanigans and his firm has been mentioned in Time Magazine, Money Magazine, Wall Street Journal and New York Law Journal.  He is admitted to all State and Federal Courts in New York and Court of  Federal Claims where he sued the US Army.  He graduated from the University of North Carolina with Highest Honors in 1976, from Brooklyn Law School magna cum laude in 1979.

KIM STEVEN JUHASE graduated from the NY State University at Albany cum laude in 1974 and from Brooklyn Law School in 1977. Kim is Executive Editor of the New York International Law Review and past Editor in Chief of the Brooklyn Barrister and the Corporate Counsel Reporter. Kim has written numerous articles dealing with international litigation and civil court practice. He is listed in Who's Who in American Law and admitted to the US Supreme Court, and all state and federal courts in New York and New Jersey. Kim has personally obtained numerous jury verdicts as well securities arbitration awards for investors in Maryland, Florida, Pennsylvania as well as New York and New Jersey. The range of trials runs the gamut from sexual and racial discrimination to corporate fraud. With over 25 years of court room experience Kim can offer seasoned advice.

FAY TAUB STERN graduated from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1982. Fay manages the Real Estate and Mortgage Financing division of the firm. Fay has specialized in all aspects of  Real Estate Law for over 30 years and has handled thousands of closings ranging from sophisticated multi-million dollar commercial transactions to single family residential closings. She has represented many owners and purchasers in the acquisition, sales, leasing, and financing of real property, as well as represented Institutional Lenders and Private Mortgage Lenders in documentations and closings.  By representing both sellers, purchasers and lenders, Fay is able to see complex real estate transactions from every angle, giving her the edge to assure that even the most complex transactions  are completed in an amicable and expeditious fashion. She is an active member of the New York State Bar Association. Fay is personally involved in her own real estate construction syndications as a principal, lender, and counsel.
